Shipping
-It usually takes 3-7 business days to prepare coasters for shipping.
-Coasters are sent by oversized letter mail in Canada and Small Packet Air Mail to the States and international locations. Tracking them would double the price. Postal services run on business days (Mon-Fri), and mail is not processed on holidays or on days taken in lieu when holidays occur on a weekend.
-Shipping time is sometimes affected by protocols at the shipping facilities, and it is always delayed during busy times of year such as November and December.
-During times of the year when there are no delays, you can estimate the shipping time as follows:
-within Canada: 2-13 business days
-to the States: 6-12 business days
-to an international destination: 6-18 business days
